Guardianship
The Law Office of Benjamin Cox has handled guardianship cases for over 10 years, including situations wherein minors need a guardian appointed, or elderly family members need a guardian due to senile dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Ben Cox has been appointed by the Court to serve as Attorney for the Ward in a number of guardianship cases.
